Every now and again you come across some people who are so ridiculously talented that you envy them and their talent instantly…Susie and Lee are such a couple! They work together as a musical act aboard cruise liners, Susie sings and Lee accompanies her on the piano…a match made in heaven. They were joined in marriage on October the 11th 2014 at the Italian Villa in Dorset with the ceremony at ...
When I first started studying for my degree in media production, way back in 2005, I never thought for a minute that I’d be sat here writing a blog about wedding photography, or the fact that the wedding I was blogging would happen to be one of my peers on said course! It’s funny how life pans out, anyway enough of the philosophical malarkey.
The last few weeks have been very busy indeed! Bookings for 2015 and 2016 are coming in thick and fast and I’ve fallen behind with the ol’ blogging bit. So here we are, the highlights from Gareth and Kelly’s wedding last July. That was an intense week, three weddings in seven days…I’ve never needed a shiatsu massage more! Gareth and Kelly were married at the truly awesome Redhouse Barn in Bromsgrove.
Happy new year you beautiful people!! I’m just catching up at the minute after a seriously busy Christmas period, so this is my first upload of 2015 (YAY!) Here we have it, the lovely couple Jane and Martyn Perry who were married last summer. Last summer I was absolutely blessed to have worked on some weddings where the locations were simply stunning. Jane and Martyn were married at the All Saints Church in Earls Barton and the reception ...

Mondays roll around so quickly these days! Anyway, here’s a new wedding blog to cheer up your Monday morning. “So where are you guys getting married then?” I asked Sian, she replied “Somerford Hall”…I did a little dance in my head when she said that. What a venue this place is. The amount of light that floods in is incredible and gives Sian and Oliver’s photos a kind of “heavenly hue”…if that ...
I’ll leave the introduction to this family shoot in the hands of Mrs Sharon Farrow. Needless to say this testimonial makes me smile every time I read it. “We were looking for a different type of photo collection for our young family. One that captured us in a natural setting, having fun and totally improvised. I contacted Lucas as I had seen his amazing work, and true to his reputation-he couldn’t ...

It’s been a busy ol’ summer for myself and as a result I have fallen back ever so slightly in terms of blogging the amazing weddings I’ve had the privilege of covering. It’s difficult sometimes to prioritise editing time for your clients and showcasing your work, however…the coffee is out and I’m multi tasking like a lunatic.
